I know this is way after the fact, but I found that you can access the environment variables fine with `getenv()`. For example: `getenv(‘TM_BUNDLE_SUPPORT’)` works great. This is ideal for bundles you’re distributing, so you don’t have to ask users to modify their php.ini to run commands.
